BDSC Masters Invitation
Monday 11th January, 2010
Basildon and District Swimming Club is launching an all new Masters swimming sessions and you are invited.
- Masters swimming sessions are for adults or older children.
- The sessions/sets will be as demanding as you want them to be, choice will be paramount.
- Perhaps you've thought about regaining a level of fitness, or have a few extra pounds you would rather not have.
Our new Masters Coach Sue Humphries (some of you might remember her) would love to see you.
"All new and previous members of the club are welcome, we feel these swims might appeal to you.
So let's make new or renew some friendships and get back in the swim."
